Morpho is an AI fitness, nutrition, habit, and education app. It generates personalised training and nutrition plans and helps you track progress. It is not a medical device, a medical service, or a substitute for professional advice.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Morpho. You are responsible for keeping your login details private and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
Nothing in Morpho — content, plans, AI insights, articles, or chat — constitutes medical, clinical, or professional advice. We do not diagnose, treat, prescribe, or recommend medications, peptides, hormones, or any controlled or research-only substance. Always consult a licensed clinician before changing your training, diet, supplements, or any health-related routine.
Physical exercise and dietary changes carry inherent risks, including the risk of serious injury. By using Morpho you represent that you are in good health and physically able to exercise, or that you have obtained your clinician's approval. You should consult a physician before starting any new program — especially if you are pregnant, elderly, recovering from injury, or have any medical condition or take medication. Stop immediately and seek medical attention if you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or other discomfort. You knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks arising from your use of the plans, content, and recommendations.
Morpho uses artificial intelligence to generate plans, estimates (including meal calorie and macro estimates), insights, and chat responses. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your individual situation. Treat all AI output as general, educational information only — verify anything important and never rely on it for medical, safety, legal, or financial decisions.
Morpho offers paid, auto-renewing subscriptions to Morpho Pro, available as monthly, 3-month, and annual plans, billed through your Apple App Store account. Payment is charged to your account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged within 24 hours before renewal. You can manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings — not from inside Morpho. Any unused portion of a free period is forfeited when you buy a subscription. Prices may vary by region and may change with notice; refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
Morpho — including its software, design, text, graphics, and trademarks — is owned by the developer and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Morpho for your own, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. You receive no other rights.
Don't reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source of Morpho; don't scrape or resell its content; don't use it to harm others, break the law, or violate platform rules; and don't interfere with its operation or security. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service.
Morpho is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, or that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. You use Morpho at your own discretion and risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Morpho developer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) Morpho — including any injury, health outcome, or loss resulting from following any plan, content, estimate, or AI output. Our total aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD 50. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you, and nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Morpho developer from any claims, damages, losses, or costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of Morpho, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
You may stop using Morpho and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or misuse the service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including the disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification — continue to apply.
You obtain Morpho through the Apple App Store. These Terms are between you and the Morpho developer only — not Apple. Apple is not responsible for Morpho or its content and has no obligation to provide support or handle any claim relating to it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. You confirm you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo and are not on any U.S. prohibited-parties list.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and the courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. Nothing in these Terms removes any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of your country of residence.
We may update these Terms as the app evolves. Material changes are announced in-app, and the "last updated" date above will change. Continuing to use Morpho after a change means you accept the new Terms.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. These Terms (with the Privacy Policy) are the entire agreement between you and us about Morpho. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them to a successor or affiliate.
